Flexifoam is a high-quality, very elastic, single-component polyurethane foam. With its movement absorption of up to 50%, it is the most flexible foam on the market. FLEXIFOAM is ideal for renovations and new builds and can optimally compensate for unevenness, gaps and construction-related defects in the window connection area, thus ensuring reliable and durable thermal and sound insulation.

Sound and thermal insulation with the Soudal Window System
Today, the installation of windows is a science in itself. In order to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, a series of standards and regulations have been issued that place high demands on the tightness of the building envelope.
Poorly sealed building connection joints create thermal bridges in the joint area, which lead to high energy loss, resulting in mold and moisture damage. The Soudal Window System, a complete system for optimum sealing of the connection joints between the building structure and the window frame, offers security here. Flexifoam - Innovative, flexible filling and insulating foam
When installing windows, it is important to ensure perfect airtightness, thermal and acoustic insulation and optimum weather protection. Soudal has developed a system (SWS) tested in accordance with ift guideline MO-01/1 consisting of coordinated products for these requirements, which can be combined with each other depending on the installation situation.
Part of the SOUDAL WINDOW SYSTEM SWS is the innovative Flexifoam filling and insulating foam, which can be used at the functional level instead of a pre-compressed joint sealing tape (Kompriband).
